Hamas has submitted its list of hostages scheduled for release tomorrow as part of the ongoing ceasefire negotiations. Among those to be freed are three Israeli citizens: Arbel Yehud (29), Agam Berger (19), and Gadi Mozes (80). Additionally, five Thai nationals will also be released in the latest exchange effort.

Gadi Mozes’s release carries particular emotional weight, as he endured captivity following the brutal October 7 Hamas-led attack. His former wife, Margalit, was previously released in an earlier exchange, but his current partner, Efrat Katz, was tragically killed during the attack. His return to Israel marks a bittersweet moment for his loved ones, highlighting both the personal toll and broader humanitarian dimensions of the hostage situation.

This release comes amid ongoing diplomatic efforts mediated by international parties, including Qatar and Egypt, to secure the freedom of remaining captives. The Israeli government continues to negotiate further releases while emphasizing its commitment to securing the safety of its citizens.

Thai authorities have also been closely involved in discussions to secure the release of their nationals, who were taken hostage during the October 7 assault. The Thai government has maintained pressure through diplomatic channels, calling for the safe return of its citizens caught in the conflict.

The hostage releases are part of a phased agreement under the ceasefire framework, which remains fragile as both sides navigate ongoing tensions. Israeli officials have reiterated that any breach of the agreements by Hamas will not be tolerated, underscoring the complexity of these negotiations.

As the world watches, families await the emotional reunions of their loved ones, hoping that continued diplomatic efforts will bring an end to their months of uncertainty and suffering.
